BOE places Dr. Means on administrative leave

At a special called meeting Monday, December 9, the Clarke County School District Board of Education placed now former superintendent Dr. Demond Means on administrative leave, naming his Chief of Staff Dr. Xernona Thomas chief executive until a new interim superintendent is appointed.
